Antonella Festa

Currently, I hold the role of Chief of Staff for the President of Kyndryl Italy, with responsibilities for managing company tasks and collaborating with the leadership team in carrying them out.

My career has mainly taken place at IBM, where I joined immediately after graduating in Physics in 1998, and since 2021 I have been at Kyndryl, the company born from the spin-off of IBM's IT services unit.

Over more than twenty years in the field of Information Technology, I have developed diverse skills, covering roles both in front-end towards clients, as a consultant, and managerial, as head of high-profile professional team. However, my core expertise remains the consultancy approach, developed by working with clients in defining roadmaps aimed at transforming their service models, IT usage and management methods, and organizations dedicated to providing IT services: the ability to sit next to a "client" (whether external, internal, or a collaborator) to listen and understand their needs and transform them into a structured and shared path that can help achieve the set objective, has allowed me to face the challenges that each new responsibility has brought and is fundamental in the role I hold today.
