At PwC Consulting, he gained significant experience in Program Management and strategic consulting for multinational groups in the Consumer Goods and Telco industries. In 2005, he joined Sky Italia where he held roles of responsibility in the main business areas of pay-TV (Business Development Manager in the Business Department, Strategy Manager in Strategy, Program Manager for the 2012 London Olympics, Marketing Manager for commercial partnerships). In 2014, he was head of marketing & proposition and launched the Sky Online brand, before taking over the leadership of NOW TV at the beginning of 2016, overseeing the launch and positioning of the new brand. Between 2017 and 2020, he was Senior Director of Pay per View, Content Experience & Discovery. In 2018, he was also the Business Owner and responsible for the launch of the pay offering on Sky's Digital Terrestrial platform. He concluded his experience at Sky as Content Marketing & Commercial Senior Director.
She is currently Vice President of TIMVISION and Entertainment Products at TIM and is completing a Master's degree in Counseling in Transactional Analysis.
From 2003 to 2013, she was a member of the Board of Directors of the Domenico Tardini Foundation.
