Alessia Cappello

Since October 2021, I have been the Councillor for Economic Development and Labor Policies of the Municipality of Milan and, by delegation, I deal with numerous complex areas of the city. At the core of my Department are all policies related to employment, the protection and development of the sectors of commerce, business, craftsmanship, productive activities, services, as well as the management of public spaces and areas.

Among my areas of responsibility are Fashion and Design, as well as the implementation and development of innovative business incubators. Before my public appointment, I worked for some major private brands in high-end marketing and product development projects, holding managerial positions.

From the beginning of my career, I have learned to manage and resolve complex situations through a precise analysis of strategies and a collegial approach to challenges, because I strongly believe in collaboration and teamwork.
