Alessandro Ippolito

Alessandro Ippolito is the Vice-President and Country Manager of Oracle Italy, as well as the Country Leader for the Technology line of business. In this role, he leads sales and business development in all strategic markets and sectors with the aim of fostering data-driven digital transformation (based on data management, for example through database solutions) for Oracle's main public and private Clients in Italy.

Graduated in Electronic Engineering at the University "La Sapienza" in Rome, he began his career at Hewlett-Packard. After various experiences in other IT sector companies (such as HP, Informatica and SAP) with positions of increasing responsibility, he joined Oracle Italy in June 2014 as Key Account Director; after two years he was promoted to the role of Senior Sales Director in the Technology team, in the Public Administration and Utilities sector.

Promoted to the role of Technology Country Leader in 2018, for a year (in 2021) he also took on the role of Country Manager, and in this position he chairs the Leadership Team of Oracle Italy and coordinates all strategic initiatives of Oracle's Italian subsidiary.

Alessandro has two children, is passionate about music, and owns three dogs (a Labrador, a Czechoslovakian wolfdog, and a poodle) with whom he loves to take long walks.
