Alessandro Bottalico has always been in the digital and computer science field.

He started by dedicating himself to the design of new digital channels and mobile payments. Currently, he holds the role of Community Manager of the Change & Digital Agents at Banca Mediolanum, where he is also responsible for Smart Organization and New Process Solutions.

Active in the field of Artificial Intelligence for over 20 years, he has integrated his skills with sensitivity and curiosity, combining the perspective of Industrial and Organizational Psychology to focus on initiatives related to the Future of Work.
