Alessandra Mandelli

Currently holds the position of Senior Lead and Project Manager at Kyndryl Italy S.p.A., an American multinational company that specializes in the design, construction, management, and modernization of mission-critical technological systems on which the world relies every day.

She, along with her team, is responsible for managing all issues related to payroll and collaborates with external providers and international teams in project development. Previously, she worked as the EUROMED People Administration and Payroll Specialist at Dassault Systèmes Italia S.r.l. where she held various roles and as her first experience as HR Payroll Specialist and Analyst at IBM Italia S.p.A.

In her free time, she loves to travel, play sports, read books, go to the theater, museums, take cooking and photography courses, and organize events. She has been a volunteer for F.A.I. (Italian Environmental Fund) and Vice President of the Cultural, Sports, and Leisure Council of the country where she lives. She is now a volunteer for the Make A Wish Italy Association.
