Senior Vice President of Client Services - Italy, Frank Recruitment Group Aida Proietti International Degree in Business Administration with international specialization. She began her career in 1999 in a leading Executive Search company, progressing quickly to handle managerial aspects and 360-degree recruitment and selection. In 2003, her passion for human resources led her to venture into the corporate world, joining Costa Cruises as the manager of 7 divisions of onboard personnel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, constantly traveling between Europe and South America. In 2005, her passion for executive search drew her to a major American recruitment company to start up various lines of business in the Italian market, from recruitment and selection to launching Temporary Management. Since 2014, she has been at Badenoch and Clark, becoming a reference point for Italian and multinational clients due to her passion for her work and extensive networking activities. Recruited by EY in 2016 to strengthen the talent team as Executive Talent and later as Alumni Leader for the Mediterranean region, with the aim of enhancing EY's leadership. In September 2022, she took on the role of Senior Vice President at Frank Recruitment Group in Italy, a cloud tech company leading in the world of technological and digital recruitment. Aida is very active in the Milanese networking scene and in the area dedicated to Female Leadership.
