This has allowed me to acquire a broad perspective on the nature of change and organizational development and to integrate it into my coaching profession. Since 2009, I have been working as a professional coach with Executives, Top Managers, Key Talents, Entrepreneurs, and corporate groups, helping them achieve professional development goals and improve business performance.
Since 2013, as a professional working in the field of coaching and mentoring, I have been involved in cultural transformation programs aimed at promoting gender diversity, inclusive leadership, and female empowerment.
