Women&Tech participates in the Digital Edition of ELLE Active

Meetings and mentoring activities will involve over 20 associates, available to young and older women who have the potential to become true "Tecnovisionarie®"

Women&Tech Women and Technology Association has decided to support the Elle Active! project as a qualified partner that has always spoken directly to the female world.

Self-empowerment, the courage to open new paths, to activate personal change, to recognize one's own worth and use it to improve one's condition and grow professionally: the Elle Active! Forum, with its consolidated format already replicated in other countries (from France, to China, Japan, Korea, Spain) makes concrete - and achievable - women's aspirations, creating a strong connection between personal skills and job opportunities. This same approach has always been used by Women&Tech, especially towards young people . Hence the commitment to the Mentoring session. The Founder and President of Women&Tech, Gianna Martinengo , states in this regard: "Young people should not be encouraged based on hypothetical economic opportunities or 'success' in a sector, they should be helped to discover their motivations, their talents. In this way, they will turn their choice into progress for everyone, and above all for themselves. Mentoring represents a truly precious exchange. It means that Associates can inspire, excite, guide, help women to think differently. At the same time, we can grow together, multiplying opportunities and knowledge and trying to build something concrete, even just starting from a quick chat. We believe that every young person has the potential to become a true Tech Visionary ® : initiatives like this allow us to bring out the true talent present in every woman".
