The last event of Expo Women Global Forum - EWGF will take place on Friday, October 23 at HOST, with a talk by Gianna Martinengo.
Gianna Martinengo, entrepreneur and founder of Expo Women Global Forum - EWGF and Associazione Donne e Tecnologie, will be the protagonist of the first "Toc Talks" that will take place at Host - Fiera Milano, to talk about the professions of taste and the professions of the future, and the skills that operators must develop.
According to Martinengo, "today the profession of the kitchen operator has evolved considerably compared to the past: he must constantly update his professional skills and competencies, in order to adapt to new work systems and future needs".
"Ability to make decisions, solve problems, communicate, are all transversal skills (or
life skills
) that allow individuals to face all the demands and challenges of everyday life".
The event will be the first of a series of five days, organized in collaboration with the Italian Professional Chefs Association (APCI), which will be present at HOST - the best event in the Ho.Re.Ca. sector - from October 23rd to 27th.
