Out of the tunnel. What has changed in companies: work, relationships, reputation.

On June 17th at 11:30 Talk Event by Women&Technologies to discuss the future that awaits us

Many talk about change, without contextualizing it. Others talk about challenges, without determining the final objectives. Others focus only on smart working, thinking it is the cure-all of the period.

The Covid-19 epidemic has put everyone - citizens, businesses, public administration, third sector - in front of new scenarios, unexpected and with a devastating speed.

The business world is questioning more than others to understand how e-work, relationships and roles, technology, and organization are evolving and how this impacts their reputation.

Women&Technologies, Association Women and Technologies intends to discuss this topic together with some professionals, on the occasion of Talk Event that will take place on Wednesday, June 17 from 11:30 to 13:00, entitled "Out of the tunnel. What has changed in companies: work, relationships, reputation."

The event, free for all participants, can be followed for free on the Facebook page of Women&Technologies.

The President of the Association, Gianna Martinengo, will lead the conversations that will take place among professionals who will share their point of view and know-how.

  • Silvia Migliavacca, Director of Project Portfolio and Organizational Development, Business Continuity Manager at Banca Mediolanum

  • Chiara Bisconti, Human Resources Consultant and President of Milanosport

  • Emiliano Veronesi , General Manager, Econocom Group Italy

  • Emilia Rio, Director of Human Resources, HSE, Organization and Change Management, A2A

  • Michele Tesoro-Tess, Executive Vice President at "The RepTrak Company" with responsibility over the EMEA region.

"We want - comment Gianna Martinengo - to go beyond simple discussions about the epochal change that everyone is talking about, and delve deeper. That's why, during the Talk Event, we will focus on aspects such as leadership, change management, technological transformation, drivers of corporate reputation, and the concept of agile work. We believe that this event will be useful for all those who want to approach a new corporate culture, starting from the needs that the Coronavirus has brought to light." .
