Logistics has been the domain of men for decades. Even today, women are only involved in the sector at an Italian level, accounting for just 1.6% of all employees.

Finally, thanks to technological innovation, something is changing.

Finally, women, with the advent of digital technology, have the opportunity to innovate and transform the sector, qualifying it more and also bringing their more inclusive way of doing business.

The theme will be the subject of an online event that will take place on 16th March and will see female entrepreneurs in the sector, women belonging to employers' associations, and Amazon, who will present their own program dedicated to female entrepreneurship in our country.

The company has indeed decided to encourage the inclusion of women in the logistics sector by covering the start-up costs of start-ups. A fund of 500,000 euros will allow numerous female entrepreneurs to have the 15,000 euros of start-up costs covered, making it easier for them to enter the sector.

In a country that needs an effective and rapid restart, the Amazon initiative, inserted in a new awareness of the sector, more "woman oriented", can really represent an interesting turning point, an opportunity not to be missed.

To discuss the theme of Logistics-Innovation-Female Entrepreneurship will be, for the occasion:
