FUTURECAMP is an initiative organized as part of the annual events leading up to the Women&Technologies®: e-Health conference (Milan, 08.11.2010).

It is a meeting aimed at young people interested in discovering the paths to enter the world of research and innovation in the field of biotechnology and nanotechnology. A unique opportunity to connect with individuals working in these sectors, who can provide insight into their professional experience.

From meeting with these realities, interested young people can receive information and glean inspiration to start their own path of growth in the field of basic and applied innovation in biotechnology and nanotechnology.

The speakers will be research directors, researchers, and directors of doctoral schools in System Medicine and Molecular Medicine operating within the IFOM-IEO CAMPUS in Milan and the Advanced Technology Laboratories of the University of Milan and some representatives of important industries and centers in the biotechnology, computer science, and technology transfer sectors.

To bring young people closer to the educational path connected to the PhD program, the first step towards accessing this professional career, some PhD students will also provide their valuable testimony.
