Women&Tech® ETS has granted its patronage to Women at the Top 2025, the third edition of the project promoted by Il Sole 24 Ore in collaboration with the Financial Times and with media partnership from Sky TG24.
The event, dedicated to female empowerment, shines a spotlight on the stories of successful women from institutions, businesses, research, culture, entertainment, and sports, committed to breaking down stereotypes and inspiring new generations.

The day opens with the Summit Women at the Top: a morning of talks and meetings dedicated to leadership, sports, innovation, new languages, and STEM. The summit features the participation of outstanding Italian and international women, ready to share experiences and visions capable of promoting talent and the value of made in Italy.
The evening concludes with the Gala Women at the Top, a moment of gathering and celebration featuring prominent personalities. The grand finale is dedicated to the presentation of the WE Award - Women Excellence 2025, an award recognizing women with extraordinary careers and emerging talents, aimed at highlighting female excellence and promoting new opportunities.
