Women and value: negotiation as the key to cultural and economic change

Women&Tech ETS has granted its patronage and actively participates in the Organizing Committee of the conference “Women and Value: Negotiation as the Key to Cultural and Economic Change,” the third edition of the annual event organized by the Obiettivo EFFE project of the University of Milan-Bicocca. The event, open to the public, will take place on Monday, November 10, 2025, in the Luisella Sironi Hall (building U4) of the Milan university, Piazza della Scienza 3, from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM.

The event represents an important opportunity for discussion on the topics of gender equality and female empowerment, placing special focus this year on the development of negotiation skills – the so-called negotiation skills – which are essential to promote real equality in organizational, entrepreneurial, and economic contexts. Experts from the academic world, trainers, and practitioners who work daily for the advancement of gender equality will participate, along with direct witnesses and representatives from the private sector and public administration. 

We invite everyone to participate in this day of training, inspiration, and networking, which serves as a key event for those who believe that cultural and economic change also comes through negotiation and the affirmation of female talents.
