T-Being: work in the perspective of gender equality

No country in the world has achieved gender equality. Professor Paola Profeta presented an overview of gender gaps with a particular focus on the labor market.
The reasons for the different economic outcomes for men and women and the consequences for the economy and society were explored.
We analyzed why gender equality and balanced leadership between genders are associated with better talent selection, economic growth, and improved performance.
Finally, we also explored the challenges posed by the current pandemic on existing gender gaps.
