The home has a great healing power, capable of connecting the various aspects, physical, psychological, and spiritual, which, if managed together, contribute to determining the well-being of the person and the family and allow you to find the resources to face the problems of everyday life.
Living, studying, and working in an environment that makes us feel good has become a sustainability issue. We realized this during the months of the pandemic, where the "inner home" and the "outer home" ended up coinciding: this certainly led to some difficulties in managing proximity relationships, but it also offered the opportunity to develop new "community skills".
We know perfectly well that the external environment influences our mood, but we can also learn to work on ourselves, to make the environment that surrounds us more fertile and welcoming. In this way, the home and, more generally, the context in which we live, study, and work becomes a symbolic representation of our inner state.
And we will realize that it will be impossible to live in a disorganized and congested space and be serene , centered and efficient .
