Women&Tech® ETS actively participated in TEDxYouth@LakeComo 2026, held on April 27 and May 5, 2026, at the Teatro Sociale in Como.
The event, titled “Fractures”, was dedicated to the younger generations and invited reflection on the divisions that cross our time — social, cultural, environmental, generational, and gender — transforming them into opportunities for dialogue, growth, and innovation.
TEDxYouth@LakeComo represented an important opportunity to give voice to young people, stimulate critical thinking, and promote an inclusive culture capable of building bridges where distances exist today. Through inspirational talks and authentic testimonies, the event encouraged intergenerational dialogue and fostered new forms of conscious and responsible leadership.
The participation of Women&Tech® ETS is part of the association's commitment to supporting youth empowerment, STEM culture, and the enhancement of talents, with particular attention to inclusion and gender equality.
