School orientation is a fundamental moment for high school students, as it represents the first step towards building their own future. It is an important but often difficult experience that requires making important choices for one's life. The event, entitled "Ready4Future - The future of work between science and technology," will take place on April 4th and 5th at the "Eleonora d'Arborea" High School in Cagliari, thanks to the collaboration between Women&Tech® ETS and FIDAPA BPW Italy - District of Sardinia - Cagliari Section. The orientation will focus on the problematic aspects of the present, the challenges that are leading us towards a radical change of course. Through dialogue and discussion with young people, we will try to understand which professions and skills are emerging and will emerge to meet these new challenges.
