Tuesday, February 4th, we will be at the Oracle headquarters in Rome with the students of the Engineering Faculty of Sapienza for the closing event of the university workshop "Entering the World of Work through the COACH-ING system, Scenarios, Tools, and Strategies" conducted by Engineer Viviana Callea. 3 a edition
An innovative training program that prepares the new generations of engineers for professional life: students develop strategies, resources, and skills to present themselves effectively in the market from the very first interview.
Scheduled is a final "unconventional" exam in which the students will present a personal project proposal for the world of work, which will be evaluated by established professionals. Project Managers, Commercial Directors, and CEOs of renowned companies who are currently facing new challenges in the market will be ready to listen, suggest, and take ideas from the students' presentations.
To examine the students' proposals, the Women&Technologies Association, always at the forefront in guiding young people towards future professions, and some representatives from the University will not fail to participate.
