ITS2024 è la prossima Conferenza della serie di Intelligent Tutoring Systems Conferences su Scienze Computazionali e Cognitive, Intelligenza Artificiale e Deep Learning nell'Istruzione e nella Formazione. L'evento si terrà a Salonicco, Grecia, dal 10 al 13 giugno 2024, e sarà co-ospitato dall'Università di Macedonia. La conferenza sarà ibrida, permettendo ai partecipanti di assistere anche online. Il tema della Conferenza ITS2024 è “Generative Intelligence and ITS”.

ITS is evolving towards a new concept of Artificial Intelligence, which can be applied in various disciplines and can serve education and human well-being. Generative Intelligence concerns various AI systems, techniques, architectures, methods or tools based on deep learning and machine learning, which can be used to generate texts, images, solutions, and environments, capable of enhancing human intelligence, cognitive abilities, memory, and learning. Instead of trying to reproduce human behavior or recognize human traits using artificial intelligence techniques or learning analysis, Generative Intelligence provides means to increase human cognitive potential.

Gianna Martinengo will participate as a keynote speaker with a speech entitled: "Sharing from experience: competencies for 'intelligent dialogues' with emerging technologies".
