On the occasion of International Women's Day, Flex has organized a series of initiatives for its employees throughout the week of March 4th, aimed at promoting female empowerment and diversity in the company.
On March 6th, our President Olga Iarussi will be a guest speaker at a talk event on
work life balance
and the interpretation of the hashtag
#balanceforbetter
the theme of International Women’s Day 2019.
The talk event aims to share successful female models in various fields and sectors, both internal and external to the company.
The panel of speakers consists of Business Managers and Guest Speakers from different backgrounds who will discuss their career paths, the challenges they have faced, how they have overcome them, and how they interpret #balanceforbetter in an open dialogue with company employees (both men and women).
