
The new edition of the course “Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in Public and Private Organizations” has been announced, promoted by the Bicocca Academy of the University of Milan-Bicocca, a high-profile training program dedicated to the strategic management of diversity and inclusion in organizational contexts.
The course, lasting 60 hours in a blended format, is aimed at professionals, managers, consultants, HR Business Partners, and all individuals interested in developing skills to design, evaluate, and communicate effective diversity management policies in public and private organizations.

Through 8 thematic modules and a final project work, participants acquire theoretical and methodological tools to integrate DEI policies in complex and diverse organizational contexts.
Gianna Martinengo, CEO of DKTS and President and Founder of Women&Tech® ETS, will be among the course instructors.
Her entrepreneurial experience in digital, commitment to promoting transversal skills, and advocacy for women in tech (demonstrated by the creation and activities of Women&Tech® ETS) enrich the program with a concrete perspective of technological and social innovation.
