Executive Course on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

The new edition of the course “Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in Public and Private Organizations” has been announced, promoted by the Bicocca Academy of the University of Milan-Bicocca, a high-profile training program dedicated to the strategic management of diversity and inclusion in organizational contexts.  

The course, lasting 60 hours in a blended format, is aimed at professionals, managers, consultants, HR Business Partners, and all individuals interested in developing skills to design, evaluate, and communicate effective diversity management policies in public and private organizations.  

Objectives and training content

The training program addresses the main issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion as essential levers for:

• promote fairer and more inclusive work environments;
• support the enhancement of individual differences as a strategic resource for organizational innovation;
• to train qualified professionals such as Diversity & Inclusion Specialist, HR Managers with DEI skills, equal opportunity consultants, and policy advisors.  

Through 8 thematic modules and a final project work, participants acquire theoretical and methodological tools to integrate DEI policies in complex and diverse organizational contexts.  

Gianna Martinengo, CEO of DKTS and President and Founder of Women&Tech® ETS, will be among the course instructors.

Her entrepreneurial experience in digital, commitment to promoting transversal skills, and advocacy for women in tech (demonstrated by the creation and activities of Women&Tech® ETS) enrich the program with a concrete perspective of technological and social innovation.

Titles and admission requirements

The course is open to all bachelor's degrees, specialized/master's degrees, degrees under the regulations prior to D.M. 509/99, and University Diplomas.
