Empowerment & Leadership for Women

On the occasion of the International Women's Day 2019 "Women's Power in Politics - Gender Equality in Europe," the Office of the European Parliament in Italy and Women&Tech (Women & Technology Association) are organizing a talk event titled "Empowerment and Female Leadership."

The initiative aims to discuss the experience of mentoring, carried out in various fields (companies, professional studies, in politics), as a tool for women's empowerment.

Through mentoring, lasting and fruitful relationships are built, young women are supported in identifying their goals and the tools to achieve them, tables are set up for open and honest discussions not only among different generations of women, but also between men and women.
