On the occasion of SAP NOW, the event organized by SAP Italy for the business community on the most current themes for the economy and digital innovation and around the concept of 'intelligent enterprise', "Women for Intelligent Experiences" is held, a talk dedicated to analyzing how female presence enriches organizations globally, from business processes to talent management, from the growth of managerial culture to business development. And how, more generally, it positively influences the evolution of society, the economy, and culture.
Starting from the key contents of SAP NOW - the experience economy and the technologies that make it possible by integrating the company's strategic objectives with business objectives - the talk focuses on the fundamental role that people, and in particular women, are playing in this transformation, in order to offer the audience original points of reflection.
The meeting is organized together with the Women & Technologies Association, with which SAP Italia collaborates, and involves high-profile speakers who, through their respective experiences, contribute to creating a new and interesting framework on the themes of transformation and automation of knowledge in the digital age, also in terms of gender.

Gianna Martinengo, successful entrepreneur and founder of Women&Technologies, is a technologist with a humanistic background. Since the early 1980s, within DKTS (Didael Knowledge Technologies Services: inspired by users, driven by science), she has built and implemented over 800 innovation projects and 70 European research projects, acquiring and adopting a social vision of Informatics. Maria Ameli, graduated in Nuclear Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan and holds a master's degree in Entrepreneurship from the Harvard Business School. She has had a successful career in strategic consulting and private banking. Today, she is the Head of Corporate Finance, Real Estate & Art Advisory at Banca Generali and coordinates the "Link to Real Economy Project" with the aim of creating an effective bridge between private savings and Italian and foreign SMEs.
She has been involved for years in structuring Club Deals and supporting innovative Start-Ups (such as Homepal, Satispay, Treedom, and Le Cesarine etc.), with a focus on sustainable and social growth. Diva Tommei, studied Biotechnology at the University of Sapienza in Rome and obtained a PhD in Bioinformatics from the University of Cambridge. She also attended the NASA University, Singularity University, in Mountain View, California, where she studied the use of technologies with exponential growth to solve humanity's major challenges. Since 2015, she has been the CEO of a home robotics startup, Solenica, which requalifies the indoor environments we live in. Diva has given two TEDx talks in Rome and Matera and was awarded the Young Global Innovator Award by the MIT Tech Review in 2017 for her work with Solenica. In 2018, she was the only Italian woman to be named by Forbes as "Top 50 Women in Tech" in Europe.
Alice Mado Proverbio, graduated in Experimental Psychology from the University of Rome "La Sapienza", obtained a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Padua. She specialized in Cognitive Neuroscience at the Center for Neuroscience at the University of California (USA) where she worked for 2 years. She is a professor at the University of Milan-Bicocca where she directs the Laboratory of Cognitive Electrophysiology. She also teaches at the Doctoral School of the Polytechnic University of Milan.
