Great success of the event "DIVERSITY IS A FACT. INCLUSION IS A CHOICE." promoted by H&M, a company associated with Women&Tech® ETS, which took place on November 28th at 7:00 PM at the Volvo Studio Milano. The event saw the participation of distinguished speakers who have dedicated their careers to promoting these fundamental issues. Paola Profeta , Pro-Rector for Diversity, Inclusion, and Sustainability at Bocconi University in Milan, shared her experience and insights on how to build responsible communities through the connection between diverse realities. Erika Fattori , Brand & Communication Manager at Nexi and member of the board of Women&Tech® ETS, illustrated the importance of female empowerment and its impact on society. Francesca Vecchioni , President of the Diversity Foundation, shared her experiences and knowledge in the field of inclusion, while Annie Wu , Head of Inclusion & Diversity at the H&M Group, spoke about corporate initiatives to promote inclusive work environments. The event was moderated by Diego Passoni, a well-known radio speaker, who led the discussion and stimulated constructive dialogue between the speakers and the audience. An evening of inspiration, learning, dialogue, and great participation from our associates.
