Gianna Martinengo at the Kick Off of “Deploy Your Talents”: guiding young people towards the future of STEM

Tuesday, January 13, 2026, Women&Tech® ETS participates in the Kick Off of the 13th edition of “Deploy Your Talents”, the project by Fondazione Sodalitas dedicated to promoting STEM disciplines and overcoming gender stereotypes through collaboration between schools and businesses.

During the meeting, Gianna Martinengo, founder and president of Women&Tech® ETS, will speak with a contribution titled "Guys, are we helping you build the future!?".

The presentation will focus on the theme of conscious guidance for young people in a labor market undergoing profound transformation, emphasizing the importance of an integrated vision of technical-scientific and humanistic skills and the continuous dialogue between the educational system and the productive world.

The participation of Women&Tech® ETS aligns with the association's mission to support new generations in understanding emerging professions and recognizing the value of STEM education as a lever for inclusion, innovation, and sustainable development.
