On November 17, 2026, Gianna Martinengo, Founder and President of Women&Tech® ETS, will participate in ComunicaImpresa 2026, the event promoted by ASCAI – Association for the Development of Corporate Communication in Italy, dedicated this year to the theme "Managing internal communication in the age of AI."
Now in its twelfth edition, the event will take place in Milan, at Vittoria Assicurazioni, and will bring together experts, managers, and professionals to reflect on the transformations introduced by artificial intelligence in communication processes, skills, and organizational culture.
A reflection that directly involves the relationship between people and technology, questioning how to seize the opportunities of innovation without losing sight of responsibility, critical thinking, and the value of human relationships.
Gianna Martinengo, engaged in technological and social innovation for over forty years, will open the discussion with a presentation titled «Interaction is more powerful than the algorithm».
At the center of his reflection is a fundamental principle: the value of artificial intelligence depends not only on the capabilities of the tools but above all on the quality of the interaction with people, on the questions we know how to formulate, and on our ability to interpret and evaluate the answers.
A perspective consistent with the commitment of Women&Tech® ETS in promoting inclusive and responsible innovation, where skills, diversity of viewpoints, and the active participation of women contribute to guiding the development of technologies and new organizational models.
The program, coordinated by Marco Minghetti, journalist at Il Sole 24 Ore and Partner at Bip, will address three closely connected areas: the conscious use of artificial intelligence, the evolution of professional skills, and the ethical and cultural implications of digital transformation.
Among the speakers are Leonarda Vanicelli, Remo Ponti, Simona Masotina, Francesco Facchini, and Veronica Neri, who will bring different experiences and perspectives from the worlds of business, education, and research.
The 2026 edition also features a participatory format, through which participants can contribute to the discussion by proposing questions and topics for further exploration.
