Would you like to pursue a career in the technology industry? Are you curious to learn about an innovative company, with an important history and an exciting future? Every year, ABB Italia offers STEM female students the opportunity to participate in the Sustainable Talent Program.
The program is a mentoring path dedicated to STEM female students aimed at providing practical tools for career guidance.
Structure and proposed activities
Through the program you will get to know ABB better, its values and technology. In about 3 months, there will be 4 meeting moments where:- You will get to know ABB's functions and the company's representatives up close
- You will hear inspirational talks from successful startup founders and experts in the areas of Sustainability, Diversity & Inclusion.
- You will visit our ABB Headquarters
- You will be supported by a mentor, an ABB expert with whom you can discuss at 3 different times.
- You will participate in training dedicated to self-development on topics such as: public speaking, personal branding, etc.
- You will create a network with ABB colleagues and other participants in the program.
Women&Tech ETS for ABB Sustainable Talent Program
On November 16th, Gianna Martinengo, Founder and President of Women&Tech ETS, will participate in a mentoring session reserved for participants in the ABB Sustainable Talent Program.
